New to Apple Watch - no weekly summary?

Got one of these a week ago. I read that there was supposed to be smart move goals and weekly summary notifications.

However I did not get anything this morning for weekly summary or goal recommendation. I got a perfect week, so was expecting it to give me a new challenge for move?

I believe after 2 weeks of not 4 these notifications begins. Watch must know your current weekly habit before making suggestions.

ok, that’s good. So I should start getting notifications from Monday as that will be two weeks?
