New to forum need help with customizing iphone 4

Hi, I have the Iphone 4 with version 4.2.1 and I have recently downloaded redsn0w and jailbroke my phone. I have cydia installed and everything went smoothly. Now I am trying to learn what I need to download or install to change up my home and lock screens. For example I want to put the HTC clock and weather on my lock screen. Is there a site or thread on this site that shows a beginner what to do or where to begin?

I have everything pretty much set up the way I want it I have been searching this site to find out how to change the lock bar and I can't find anything.
I saw this on the site and want this but of a different team.
