Hi

I got a iphone and it is on 02 but i was on giffgaff,so i got the pac code cos i wanted to keep my number,so i filled out the online form on o2 and i haven't had no email/text confirmation.It's been 24 hours,i went in store today and she said everything is fine,but i still haven't lost signal on my giffgaff sim, it's bugging me,how long does it normally take?

So you had it on giffgaff and now you want it on 02, or is that the other way around?

wouldnt you need a new O2 SIM if you are switching over from giffgaff? over here, MVNO's use their own SIM cards, not the ones of their parent carriers.
