New to gargeband, what do I need to record with good quality?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering what equipment would I need to buy to actually get decent sound while I play with my acoustic guitar (not electric acoustic). I realized when i play, the sound is very fuzzy and unpleasant. Also, would I need any equipment to get a decent sound for vocals too? My vocals also sound fuzzy and unpleasant but that could just be me ; ).
