New to iPad and jailbreaking, n00b questions

Hey guys, I have an iPad (1st gen) on the way in the mail and should be getting it shortly. It is brand new, and I have no idea what software it will have on it, but I have a question, where do I go to get it jailbroken with cydia?

First you must find out what software it is running. If it's running 4.2.1, Google Greenpois0n. If it is on 4.3/4.3.1, there is no way to do this yet.

Ordered one 9 days ago from apple. It was an refurb and contained 4.2.1 hopefully you are just as lucky.

Actually was, only part is I couldn't back up the SHSH only one available was the 4.3, so as long as my brother doesn't update it like I told him not to he will be good for the next few days till new jb comes out.
