I briefly owned an iPad Mini when TMO offered the LTE model at the Wi-Fi price. I sold it due to non use 4 months later. However, I purchased approximately $30 in apps in the time I had it. Will these purchased apps be usable on my iPhone 6, like android market?

iPad apps are different than phone apps.

Some apps are universal and will be able to be used with your iPhone.

Yes, but lots of times (unless they have separate versions), a purchase of one works on both. Many apps are universal.

OP: Your paid apps will be available on the iPhone, yes. If they were iPad-only apps, they will not. You can check your purchase history and see. You'll be able to download them again from the App Store on the iPhone by tapping Updates and then Purchased, then the little cloud icons next to the apps.

Make sure you are logged into the same Apple ID that you used to purchase those apps.
