I have been a life long Windows user and I currently own a pretty good gaming PC(probably always will have at least 1 gaming comp 
) and an Asus eee PC 900(running Ubuntu 8.04). I really like both but ever since I started to work on computers at the University that I am now attending Macs have really started to grow on me.(90% of the problems are user error) If I were to get one of the new macbooks it would most likely be the higher end with 2.4ghz processor, 4gb of ram, and a 320GB hdd(I have a lot of movies). Other than using it in class and some minor video/photo editing I would probably use it for a slight ammount of gaming when I go home for the weekend(no one likes to lug a desktop home ) mainly Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike Source, and Halo.(Yea I will bootcamp it)
Based upon all of the things I have stated do you guys think I would be jumping the gun if I were to go out and buy one of the new macbooks? (if i do it will be sometime next week)
