New to mac (just bought a new Macbook)

Hey you mac users - I just bought one of the new macbooks... it's pretty awesome! Unfortunately, I had a pretty crummy experience buying it at the apple store and was wondering who I could e-mail at apple to let them know.

I love the new macbook - installed some games and the run really good. The new gestures are amazing too. I can't wait to learn all the new things and "un-windowize" myself.

One thing I do sometimes is go to a B&N or Borders grab a book sit down for a cup of coffee and take relevant notes in text edit. Sometimes you just need to figure out a few things.....
