Try this

Go to Finder (top left of screen) preferences-sidebar and remove the check marks from those categories. Those will not be displayed. As for the other Q's I will let other answer them b/c you will get a more detailed answer that may help more.

You can also just click the little arrow next to the "Search For" section and it will collapse all of the categories. As for deleting the Finder folders...you can't lol. If other people are going to be using your mac, set up a Guest account (System Preferences-->Accounts-->little '+' sign on the bottom left) and require a password to wake the computer from sleep (System Preferences-->Security-->top checkbox).

You don't have to delete your actual folders... the ones under 'search for' are just 'smart folders'. They can be dragged off of the sidebar and your porn directory with disappear in a 'poof' without deleting the actual files.

You guys are funny..lol Thank you..

Safari has a "Private browsing" mode which will prevent that session from being recorded after the the window has closed.

If you want to keep the Finder sidebar the way it is but keep some crap out of it just go to "System Preferences -> Spotlight" and add folders to the Privacy tab. That will keep the documents out of smart folders and the search at the top right of the screen. You may also want to go into "System Preferences -> Appearance" and reduce the number of saved documents to none.
