New to Mac: Parallels vs. Fusion (new version)

What suggest ye?

I am looking for something that is easy to configure and use, can take advantage of the GPUs and CPU well and doesn't hog system resources when running....which kind of defeats the purpose.

Also, for those that use one of these and windows, do you back up that part of the system separately, or does TimeMachine do everything? Do you use other Windows utils like defrag tools and antivirus/spyware progs?
