If your business includes the need for graphics intensive applications such as video editing, or gaming, than the Macbook Pro is the way to go.
If your business requires you to use applications that don't require heavy graphics, and you need it to be lightweight and portable, the Macbook is the way to go.
If you need an extremely lightweight, thin, and portable laptop, and you conduct business heavily via email and web surfing, don't have a lot of applications, and already have a desktop/main computer, you may want to look into the Macbook Air. It has limitations, but it's powerful enough for several lighter applications, and is highly portable. It's also very sexy, and likely to attract attention when used in public.
