New to me MacBook Pro 13 inch

Greetings everyone,

I just received a 13 inch MacBook Pro from a friend, and it didn't have it's AC power adapter. Question is, can I use the adapter from my 2007 15 in MacBook Pro on this machine? I believe the 13 inch machine is newer than my 2007 model. Any help is appreciated.

If the connector fits, then yes, you can use it without a problem.

If it doesn't fit, you can get one of these to attach to the end of the connector, and it will work fine.
