hi guys i have just brought a new macbook pro after many years of saying i would never and i have to say it is amazing i love it anyway can anyone tell me if apple are doing a osx 10.9 upgrade program as mavericks is due anytime

Pricing and free upgrades based on purchase date haven't been announced yet, unfortunately. At best it'll be free for you, at worst it'll likely be a $20 upgrade.
