Is there a fix for the pictures being sent sideways when emailing them. They show fine before being sent then end up sideways on the receiving end.

I know this is a noob thing and did a search but brought up posts from years ago and would have thought this would have been resolved.

That shouldn't happen and has never happened to me ever.
Sometimes the camera will shoot it 90° rotated but that's easy to fix with a simple rotation edit in photos app.
You could try editing the photo by rotating it 360° to see if that fixes it - but you shouldn't have to do that.
