Hi all,
I've been reading a lot about how to boot to windows and it looks complicated but doable!
I can't for various reasons change my Mac boot ssd to be partitioned to allow a windows install, and I see that creating an external boot is massively tricky.
Is this the same for a second internal drive? My 2012 mbp has had the DVD drive removed and is happily running a second ssd that could be partitioned...
Having not used a windows machine since 2009, and not really in any pro way at the time, I'm somewhat out of my depth a bit!
Essentially it's purely for a bit of steam gaming against some PC friends so I'm liking to keep tr cost down!
Last question - assuming I can get a windows boot drive going - if and when I upgrade to a new machine will it continue to be useable externally?
Thanks for your help!
