Does anyone know what the easiest way to take commercials off of programs recorded from tivo?
I transfer programs to my computer through Toast 8. And now im getting fed up of fast fowarding on my iPod as I watch them.
 
well if you have it on your mac you can just drop it in iMovie, and split at the begining and ending of commercials and delete them. If they are not on your mac you will need TiveToGo for Mac, it comes with Toast so you should be able to do it.
 
What formats do I need to use iMovie? I can't just take the transfers from tivo, so I need to convert them, but I have no idea what format I need to change them to.
