New Trash (in Mail) - What Does It Mean

Hello,

I noticed this morning that there is a new trash can appearing in Mail.
I have four e-mail accounts set up and they all have their own Inbox, Outbox, Sent, Draft and Trash.
But there's another trashcan, its says beside it "On My Mac" - What does this mean? and Can it be deleted?

it means it's a local folder, for trash... you can delete it. i dont know why they appear, i occasionally find it on my Mail
