New uMBP not detecting 23" ACD

Guys,

I tried connecting my 23" ACD to my recently bought 15" uMBP via the MiniDP to DVI adapter and nothing seems to happen, I already tried "detect screens" option under "Display".

Any ideas?

I believe it has to do with the miniDP to DVI being a DVI-D and not DVI-I.
