New untethered jb question

My apologies if this is dumb...

Ok...the new jb says Bluetooth is disabled....would this include the roqybt and the other gps Cydia apps? My iPad is wifi only. I had it jb so that I could use navigon with an external gps. Then when the new os came out I did without until now.
So even though the iPad Bluetooth is disabled will the others load as they don't use the iPad bluetooth stack to my knowledge.
