New user account on restart?

I did a shutdown and started my MacPro this morning. I was surprised to see a new user account, named postgres Can anyone tell me where that came from? Scared me at first, thought I had been hacked, maybe I have?

Thanks for that, I did recently install a trial of some accounting software. The software must have created it. Now I have to figure out how to remove it.
