New version of Macbook pro on the way?

Hi ye all,
I am about to buy a Macbook pro 17'' but I have heard rumours that a new Macbook pro may be on the way? Are these rumours true? If so, but when would this new version come out in Europe?

That's what all those other threads and front page stories have been about!

Rumours are rumours, but they seem fairly strong. I'd expect a refresh fairly soon (read next 0-2 months). Europe releases tend to be same as US (give or take 24 hours). However, sometimes Apple keep you waiting for a while!
