It also hangs a lot. Anyone else been having problems? It also claims to crash when I close it, even though it hasn't. Kind of annoying. I've had to shut it down or wait for it too many times this morning.

And Firefox 3 just assigned itself as the default browser. Wow, is it browser piss off their users day or what? I think I'm just having a bad computer day

I've been using it all day, and it seems Ok to me...

How many tabs do you have open and what kind of computer are you running? Safari is using 100MB of Ram with only one tab open on my comp. 3 tabs just kills it. But when i switch to another program, everything is back to snappy.

That's my work computer, so to be honest, I am not sure exactly what it has. I usually have 2-3 tabs open.

I know it is a Dell C2D at least 2.0Ghz, with 1G ram, and Vista Business.
