Finally, an app that'll rotate wallpapers on my iPad in iOS 7! I found the app on rpetrich's repo and it seems to be working fine. Not as many options as old BossPaper, but it works, which is the best option.
It only changes paper after unlocking, but I can live with that. You can pick a pictures album, in this case I had one of wallpapers, and voila.
