That looks like it will work. They key things to look for in RAM for you laptop is that it be PC2-6400 (frequency) and SO-DIMM (laptop size).

Is this the same speed of the RAM that it will come with?

Yes, that Kingston ram will work, and is the same as what comes stock with the whitebook.:)

PC25300 or PC26400?

I bought some RAM in anticipation of my new white macbook, which at the time was PC25300, can I still use this in my white macbook, or should I return it for PC26400?

Its really your choice, if you feel the extra money is worth the fastness of your computer, get the higher speed (PC2-6400).

I'd get the PC2-6400 instead of the PC2-5300

Timing Difference

The 5300 I have has a timing of 4-4-4-12 and the best 6400 has a timing of 5-5-5-15, would this be a real difference?

You guys should keep in mind that because the RAM is also used by the GPU, you should really get the faster RAM if you can afford it. Usually it's not much more. Basically by getting faster RAM your also getting faster VRAM.
