New: Who Wants To Be A Millionaire 2011 game- not available in US?

I was just watching "Who Wants to Be A Millionaire?" and they advertised a new 2011 version of the game available for the iPhone and iPod Touch (i believe iPad as well). However, I can't find it in the app store. I found a link to it online, and it says that it's not available in the US.

Why would they show a commercial for it, if it's not even available here?
