I have just bought a Lexmark X7675 Wifi Printer and I have hooked it up with my iMac successfully, but now, every so often (at least once an hour), the wireless router stops responding. I can't access the net anymore.

When I turn the Printer off, the wireless router stays on and I can access the Internet just fine.

Obviously, the Printer is interfering with my router settings or signal and causing havoc.

I currently have my Mac connected with a cable to the Time Capsule which is connected to the Wireless Router with a Cable too.

The Printer connects wirelessly to the Time Capsule.

Any suggestions?

So, is the printer WiFi, and not using some sort of dongle? In other words, does it join the wireless network created by the router?

If so, I'm not sure what advice I could give. The only thing off the top of my head is to change the channel your wireless network is running on, but if the printer joins that, it might happen again.

Yeah, the printer joins whatever channel I switch to and the same thing happens.
