New Workout Reminder Not Triggered on Ultra

I went for a long walk this morning to test my new AirPod Pro 2 and I was never prompted to start an outdoor walk workout like I would have with my AW6. I have the reminders enabled within the Watch app and the watch itself. I was curious if anyone else has encountered this and, if so, how it was remedied.
