iPhone XS New XS Apps Won’t Update?

New XS, iOS 12.1, App Store says there are two Updates, Clips and Apple Store, however when clicked on both refuse to update. Is this a known issue? Thanks

Clips won't update for me either....and I see the procedure to "reboot" the App Store app (tap on of the icons at the bottom 10 times) doesn't work anymore either.

Hmmm. Didn’t know about the reboot trick. Wonder if deleting those apps and reinstalling would work?

I had to delete the Clips app and then re-install it

Can the same be done for the Apple Store?

All you’ll need to do is to open and run the clips app, let the animation run for 5-10 seconds, close the app and go back to update.

Done mine and my wife’s like this without issue.
