I don't think I've seen this mentioned yet but there is the new Xserve (released without much fanfare) Not much of an upgrade, but curious none the less. Also, I would guess this lends to the belief that there will be no G5 in PowerBooks anytime soon ('cause if there was a way to saddle one of those into something "slim" it would have shown up in an Xserve)

Still, the Xserve is a great looking piece of hardware, but alas, it's not going to win any performance awards anytime soon....

Yeah, I have no idea why Apple calls them the "new" Xserves.....

Uhh.... if I'm not mistaken, these are months, months old, from around the time we got the 1.42's.

MacWorld and MacAddict just seem to take their time to review this stuff. They reviewed a new eMac like 3 months late. I think it's because they're in economic trouble and can't afford all the goodies... :( Or does Apple ship them the stuff¿
