Hi all, sad i know, christmas day, my wife got me a Mac magazine and it got me thinking of work. i am hoping that someone can help me. i find myself for the first time managing a small staff team and my company have very rubbish IT so i use my macbook for all things i can, what i need is a program that will help me keep on top of them, as at the moment i am so caught up in my own world that i am struggling to do things such as:
Assign tasks to individuals, (i use 'Things' for myself so i can continue to use different 'areas' in that program if needed)
Record their hours
Any annual leave booked
Any time off sick
Budgets for projects i have given them, etc -
i enjoy playing on my MacBook so am fairly competent but don't need anything that will frighten me too much!!
i have searched for something along this line but didn't really know what keywords to use and nothing i hit really had what i needed - apologies if there is an obvious sticky or thread that i have missed.
