Attempting to access the New York Times on iPhone 5 on LTE network frequently, but not always, returns either an error message that "Safari cannot download this file" or a screen full of odd symbols. When on a wi-fi network, the app works fine. This has been happening for about a week. Anyone else having this problem and any suggestions of how to fix or who to contact?
