After reflection on the question I asked and the response I received, I understand people's point. So I edited this post and deleted the question.

Maybe you should take the lesson that was given and avoid the stolen apps.
Also, we don't help people who steal apps.

Your either very brave or naive to talk about 'cracked apps' on macrumors !


'Once bitten twice shy' is a saying that comes to mind !

Really you should have learned from the issues you encountered and stayed away from "risky apps."

As for backing up, i either do this once a week or after some major additions, such as apps or iOS updates.

My preferences is not to sync and back up every time i hook up my iPhone. I also back up to my mac and not iCloud.
