Newbie Backup Question

Hi,

Have a newbie backup question. Will be upgrading to SL and heard we could do a fresh install.
So in order to back up I was wondering where in Finder can I find:

1. address book files
2. iphone backup files
3. iphone app files

Also when you backup music (AAC) from itunes does the album artwork come along with it. Or is there another folder just for the album artwork that I need to backup as well?
