hello i 've taken some photos and shot a few videos with my iPhone 4S but I don't have wifi something around. I only have the USB cables. I have not installed iTunes. I'd like to know if iTunes could help copying/moving videos stored on my device to my computer hard drives. Thank you!

newbie: Can I transfer video/images to computer my iTunes?

You can easily transfer it without iTunes installed using USB cable. Just connect your iOS device and go to my computer. You will find your device there. From there, you can copy pics and videos to your computer.
PS: You cannot copy from computer to your device. For that, iTunes is required.
