Newbie: Cut&Paste Titles in iMovie08

I have a piece of video over one hour long. I want a title to appear at the start for 10 seconds and in the middle for 10 seconds.

I've created the title at the start and all looks fine (it appears over the video then fades).

Problem is the title was tweaked in terms of fonts/kerning etc. So how the hell do i now take this title and paste it into the middle of the video also?

There seems to be no way except to insert a new title and see if I can create a matching one and this is lame. TKS in advance
