Newbie: Download manager

Hi, just switched from windows to mac os. Can anyone explain to me how to set up a download manager to accept let's say rapidshare premium urls? (with a login & pass)

I did search the forums and found mentions for iGetter but sadly I didn't succeed.

If I need to download a load of pdf's from college, I use Firefox browser and the DownThemAll plugin. It works a treat, although I've never tried it with something that requires username and password.
