Hello. I am new to this community and I apologise if this has already been answered.

I am having trouble with Indesign CS2 because not all the computers in my office have the same fonts. I tried the preflight packaging thing, but I could not get the other computers to recognize the fonts. I am sure I am just missing an obvious step in the process. Can someone please explain how to easily get fonts to show up on more than one computer?

Thank you all for your help.

The fonts have to be actually installed on the Mac that's using them, packaging them just collects them into a folder if you have to send artwork elsewhere. Installing can be done with FontBook or third-party font management apps like Suitcase or Linotype FontXplorer X, for instance.

Font licenses are usually for 5 machines, it would be against the license terms to install them on more.
