Newbie JB & Unlock

I'm new to the whole JB'ing and unlocking. Anybody know a newbie guide, who use step-by-step methods ? I really need clear and strict instructions.
Cauise i'm a stupid newbie that doesn't want anything to go around ;D

I'm assuming you are using a 3G and on a Mac, because you didn't bother telling us.
