On one of my Macs of course
Aloha everyone,

Please be patient with me - this is my first Mac OS upgrade since I "converted;" I may have inadvertently screwed it up, but here's my situation.

I first attempted an upgrade, but got the blue screen even though I deleted both Application Enhancer and ClearDock beforehand. After waiting for about 40 minutes or so, I manually shut down my MBP, booted into the Leopard Install DVD and began an Archive and Install, which worked!

I noticed that neither of my two user accounts (one Administrator and one Standard User - my normal "working" account) showed up as users, but were in the Previous Systems folder. During the initial setup, I created another Administrator account, so I'm not concerned about the pre-existing one. I wanted to move the Standard User account over, however.

I copied the desired account's folder to /Users then opened up the Users portion of System Preferences to create the user. I was asked if I wanted to user the pre-existing folder (in /Users), and after accepting the folder, was good to go. I also copied the applications folder over, but chose not to overwrite duplicate files/folders (to preserve the Leopard versions).

Here's the question: Would it be safe for me to now nuke the Previous Systems folder in order to save disc space? What else, if anything, do I need to copy over from the Previous Systems folder? I've never done this before, so I need just a bit of hand-holding on this one

Mahalo in advance for your responses,
