HI all, I have ordered a GPS-cellular Watch 4 for our daughter for her birthday (she is adult age). We have an AT&T family plan plan for our family's iPhones and iPads. My question is, in setting up the cell service for the watch, since I have not ever set up a watch before, what information about my AT&T account will she need to set it up? Or will she not be able to add it to the AT&T account and I have to?

Sorry if this is too newbie a question, I have checked all the articles on setting up the watch and none go into more detail than just "set up the phone with your carrier".

Thanks!

Whoever is the account holder or has access to the passcode/number verification (whatever ATT uses, it's been a decade since I've been with them) should be able to make those sorts of changes. I think when I was with ATT it was only the account holder, however with T-Mobile anyone who has the passcode can make authorized changes.

It would be a similar process to adding a line. If you know that you are the only one with authorization to do that, then it would be the same with the watch.
