Newbie question on how to assemble songs on GB

Hi,

I am embarassed to ask, but I cannot seem to find any tips on how to put around 10-12 snippets of songs together on GB. The result will be a track for a slideshow, so I'll need to export it. I basically want the snippets of the songs to fade in and out. Any suggestions? sites? Please help.. thanks!
