iPod touch Newbie Question on Syncing

yes! go to itunes when your touch is plugged in. click the touch under devices to the left. there were be tabs in the main page.. go to info, and you will be able to set it to sync to ical, calenders and contacts.. each tab has its own sync setting for different things...
