OK, I'm not relly a newbie but this stuff is pissing me off. 
My office uses a big windows XP domain network and I use a think pad - no problem there (other than the usual windows crap)
I recently got a nice shiny new powerbook and want to see if I can use it as my main machine at work.
after reading many posts, I have been able to use AD to join the domain (i think )
But now I'm stuck.
Can anyone help me or point me to SIMPLE instructions for:
1. Accessing a shared server
2. Getting access to my home folder
I am am evaluating Admit Mac 3 and can join the domain - but now what?
This may help:
domain is: FRED.COMP.COM
share is: s1990184\Westfiler\Migrate\s1990080
ORGCAP is the shared folder I want access to.
my home is: on s1990184\Westfiler\Homedir\Users
my username is jsmith
