has anyone got the newertech mini stack HDD enclosure ? (the new one with usb 3)

if so, is it reliable ? quiet ?

I was wondering the same thing. Supposedly the fan in the previous two models was annoyingly loud. I can't tolerate fan noise in my devices, so I hope NewerTech got it right with these ones. They do look good, though.
