Hello

I need to find roughly 30 articles on Canadian and American policies relating to the Kyoto Protocol.

Does anyone know of any news article databases or search engines? The sources have to be reputable, and it would be super if the articles had abstracts so I wouldn't have to read the whole thing.

It's still beta but may be of some use. Sorry if that's not specialised enough...
