Is there a way now, or is it possible to set up a way that whenever a new article gets posted I get an email with the article?
WOuld that be "setup able"?

If I'm not mistaken, you can set it up for yourself in a few seconds.

1) navigate to a site like this that sends RSS feeds out as e-mails.

2) put in the feed URL for Macrumors and your e-mail address.

Should be all there is to it.

Do you know how trustworthy R|Mail is with the email addresses it collects? Their Privacy Policy says "We occasionally will send e-mail to notify you about important changes to the site, new services, and special offers from us." which I consider a bad sign. I don't like sites that send me "special offers" without stating that I can opt out (or better, opt in).

Do you know of any other RSS->email services, or anybody who has reviewed them?

Well, I questioned there trustworthyness, but tried them. Ill let you know if i gets tons of "Spam"

I saw that though I try to keep my dashboard as bare as possible.
