I've downed some news up but It would be cool to have a either dedicated news roll or an rss read that could display news like it does stocks and weather in the drop down menu. But I can't find anything that does this ^_^ HELP ME

The "drop down menu" you are talking about is called notification centre, at the moment Apple only allows notifications and the weather/stock widgets. The only way to add an news/rss feed would be to jailbreak your device. Ok, then I am not sure what tweak to use. I would try a google search, something like "notification center rss feed cydia"

Oh and once you download it go to Settings > Notifications, then scroll down to "not in notification centre" your tweak should be there, click on it and turn notification center on.
