So I have a situation that seems like it’s an Apple-side problem, but I would like to know more information to help guide what approach I should take or if there's anything I can do to fix it.
Basically, I have two accounts in the equation: my iCloud account and my App/iTunes Store account (which I've been purchasing with before Apple centralized everything with iCloud). I have a balance and all my purchases on my App/iTunes account, but many channels in News only work when I sign-in to the App/iTunes Store with my iCloud account. If signed in with my App/iTunes account many news channels tell me there not available in my region. My sister has two different accounts too (iCloud and App/iTunes) and has her's set up the same way, but her News works fine without changing which account she's logged into in the App/iTunes Store.
How should I approach this? How does it work on Apple’s side of things that my App/iTunes account doesn’t work? Is there something I can try to do with my account so it works properly? My ideal situation is to have News work with my App/iTunes account like it does for my sister.
