iOS Newsreaders, feeds and copyright

Hi,

I know there is a fair few newsreader apps around but wondered how they fare with copyright? Am I right in thinking that if the information you wish to make available in your app is available on a website then you can make a newsreader app for it, for example, if i wanted to make a BBC newsreader app allowing users to navigate the BBC news website and read the articles (I don't) would this be fine?
