So I have an iPad 4 with iOS 6.1 and newsstand NEVER updates when there are new issues available. And yes I have auto downloading on as well as notifications. Is this a problem with the providers or newsstand itself? I have to manually go into the app to see a new issue.

Newsstand not updating

Go to Settings and scroll down to Newstand. Are all your subscriptions toggled to Automatic Download ON?
